This is the 2015 Cycle Zydeco shorts designed by Jay Bell.  The jersey is a rendering of Rockin' Doopsie Jr.'s accordion.  The shoulders are the bass buttons which can be as many as 120 on the left side of a chromatic button accordion.  The side panels are from the decorative design found on the below of the accordion.  In my opinion it is difficult to bring together round soft corners of buttons and treble clef with diamond shapes.  But that is what Zydeco music and a great accordion can do.... mix it up.... keep it fluid...
